Absolutely! You do not need to drink alcohol to enjoy and learn from our classes. Just let us know and we will provide non-alcoholic alternatives!

We recommend arriving on time to get the full experience. If you arrive late, you may miss important parts of the class.

Casual attire is fine, but we recommend wearing something comfortable, as you’ll be standing and moving around.
